Festival of Looking 2023 is here! Join us on the opening night for the ultimate celebration. A performance by Local Foreigner, music sesh by DJ 2LA and interactive artwork by Toby Melville Brown will frame the nights happenings – as our friends at FAIL (Fine Arts Institute Leipzig) host the evening they will hold our hands and guide us on our first steps into Festival of Looking.

Toby Melville Brown will be showing a flip book machine that animates drawings by Folkestone’s Refugee Community, while Local Foreigner’s performance will be informed by his project, looking at the history of the British isles all the way from the first known humans to the present day.
